• Abstracts are to be written in English and should be submitted electronically using the Conf tool abstract management system.

• Abstracts must be submitted by 30 January at the latest. Abstracts received after this date will not be evaluated.

• The title should not exceed 150 characters.

• The abstract should not exceed 300 words.

• The abstract should list max. 3 keywords.

• You will have to decide between an oral presentation or poster presentation. Please note that abstracts will be evaluated by the scientific committee. Oral presentations may be accepted as a poster presentation.
