Submission guidelines

Abstracts are to be written in English and should be submitted electronically using the Conf tool abstract management system.

Abstracts must be submitted by 20 February at the latest. Abstracts received after this date will not be evaluated.

The title should not exceed 150 characters.

The abstract should not exceed 300 words.
-
The abstract should list max. 3 keywords.

You will have to decide between an oral presentation or poster presentation. Please note that abstracts will be evaluated by the scientific committee. Oral presentations may be accepted as a poster presentation.

Poster Preparation
Authors whose abstracts are accepted for poster presentation should prepare their posters using the official Poster Template provided below. The template serves as a guide to ensure consistent formatting and clear presentation of your research. Please follow the structure and layout indicated in the template when designing your poster to help attendees easily understand your work and key findings.
Deadline for POSTER submission - April 12, 24:00. Submit in PDF format saved as PDF at resolution 1080x1920 or 9:16 (to avoid looking pixelated when displayed on monitors).
