GENERAL INFORMATION

All registration fees are Tax exempt based on PGDIS being a Not-For-Profit Organization.

Registration fees are to be paid in USD ($) by credit card.

Please note the respective registration fees shall only be valid if registration is submitted and full payment is received by us by the respective deadline. If payment of the registration fee is received later than the early deadline registration, the respective next higher fee shall be due.

Your registration is effective upon the receipt of full payment of the registration fee by us, i.e. only those participants having fully paid their registration fees will be entitled to participate in the conference.

The conference registration fee includes: All conference materials, Lunches and coffee breaks.

*student fee: You are eligible for this fee if you are a student (Master or PhD) within the academic year 2025-2026. Please send a proof to info@pgdis2026.org
REGISTRATION PROCESS
To register, please complete our registration form. You will find it by clicking this link. The registration form consists of 7 steps:

Step 1 – General information: please include your personal information on this page.

Step 2 – Promo code: this step is relevant for sponsors, conference staff and keynote speakers.

Step 3 – Select the fee that is applicable to your situation.

Step 4 – Please select the social activities you would like to attend.

Step 5 – Please select your accompanying person if applicable

Step 6 – Please select whether your accompanying guest will attend the dinner.

Step 7 – Final step:You will receive a secure credit-card payment link based on the membership status you selected. Please submit your card details through that link. Once completed, we will process your payment and send a confirmation email.
Please note: the confirmation email may take some time, and all payments must be made in USD ($).
After your card is charged, you will receive a payment confirmation email.
If you do not receive the registration or payment confirmation emails, please check your spam folder. If nothing arrives, your registration or payment may not have been successful — contact info@pgdis2026.org for assistance.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of registration until 6 February 2026: full reimbursement of the registration fee, minus an administrative cost of $ 50.

Cancellation of registration from 7 February 2026: no reimbursement of the registration fee.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only (info@pgdis2026.org) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Unpaid registrations will be automatically cancelled 4 weeks after the registration date.
